Duties will include providing efficient and effective secretarial assistance to the team. Assist with visa application paperwork.Assist with guests travel arrangements. Day to day office support operations, exercising the utmost discretion at all times. Extensive support on Outlook diary, email & contacts management. Full logistical support for travel including and not limited to flights, hotels and visa processing. Process expense claims relating to travel and other corporate expenses. Manage executive filing and data management systems ensuring timely and accurate document control.Make sure that controlled copies of the latest approved documents and are given to appropriate staff, and supplier as applicable. Maintain updated records of all approved documents and their distribution clearly. Respond to routine correspondence and maintain organized filing and follow-up systems for all correspondence.Undertake research when required. Extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
