I have completed my Diploma in Business Administration Level 3 whilst on this course I have completed the following, data entry, spreadsheets and helping out with events such as information evening which included me talking to future customers and advising them about the courses available. I have also arranged meetings and taken minutes at formal meetings. I work confidently and efficiently with the Microsoft Office software suite, e-mail and intranet systems. I am particularly skilled at formatting and improving the layout of Board and management documents and presentations. I have experience in running an online business and promoting my business to gain more exposure and customers. Alongside my Business Administration I have my customer service qualification. I have worked as a Sales Assistant and a Telemarketing Agent.
