I am a full time Professional Quality Analyst in one of the largest E-commerce in the Philippines. I've been a chat support for Quicken software and a Technical Support for HughesNet Service, an ISP in US prior to becoming a Quality Analyst. I am an expert in Microsoft excel and other MS office since this is my main tool for Root cause analysis, data analysis and data extraction to show case the low lights and highlights of the program to our clients.
