I worked at a BPO company for 2 years, I started as a Technical chat support and got promoted in a short span of time into a 2nd tier technical, billing and general inquiries chat and phone support for USA and Canada telephone companies. Though my chosen career is not aligned with the course that I took up but I have acquainted myself with a range of skills: good verbal communication, good interpersonal, high volume workload skills and computer literacy that may help you to achieve assigned tasks successfully.
