Hi, My name is Marjorie Jasmin J. Vinluan. I have experienced as a customer service and technical support role when I was in a BPO company. From that position, I learned how to handle stress and frustration of the customer and discovered myself that I'm good at multi tasking. I have also experienced in Quickbooks doing some bank reconciliation and other basic stuff on the company files of the customers. I have also experienced as a Virtual Assistant in E commerce and doing general task for client. I always considered myself as a newbie and wanted to learn new skills.
