Virtual Assistant and Customer Support

I am a hard working individual. I work well under pressure. I am reliable and accurate in all aspects of my work. Punctual, patient, client liaison, customer care and always willing to help others. I have very good interpersonal skills and I am people orientated. I am always eager to learn, I adapt to changes very easily and a quick learner.  I remain up to date on the trends of SQL, Photoshop, Coral Draw and any related things to do with computer software.  I am committed and a determined person, which I maintain in good business ethics in a workplace.

 

I have been exposed to client services for 8 years. I have worked in a photocopy shop where I dealt with customers daily with queries, new jobs and assisting them with problems they have. I then also worked as a graphic designer, where I had to phone clients and deal with them telephonically to complete design work for them, as well as correspond over the telephone and e-mail..


I worked for a student and guest accommodation, besides taking photos of the building process, I dealt with customers’ everyday, dealing with admin, booking guests in and out, assisting clients with building and accommodation queries. I dealt with capturing data on a daily basis, by means of typing out meeting minutes to designing job descriptions and event functions for students, which was done by capturing the costs, roles and duties

 

 I then started working for a goldsmith, where I had a lot of responsibility on my hands. I ran his whole office, guesthouse and his personal life, as well as taking photographs of his jewellery he makes, to helping with his designs for clients. I have gained a lot of experience working with him.  

 

After moving to Cape Town I started working for a financial company in the Support Centre. Where I gained a lot of Financial experience and technical background software experience. I worked for Greatsoft for 5 years, dealing with all types of software technical queries; with customers phoning in daily with queries; assisting them with problems they have, as well as correspond over e-mail. 


I then started working for Amazon dealing with troubleshooting Amazon devices telephonically for North American customers. 

 

I have recently relocated to Port Elizabeth and I am looking for new challenges, growth and stability, as I enjoy a challenge.
