For more than 4 years i was working as a customer service (Technical support) i was handling customers from US and making sure for them to stay with the company this where we do retention for customers who's calling service and i'm providing the best customer service to provide resolution with their issue. i'm patient when it comes to issue resolution as long as i can resolve the concern and i think as a virtual assistant i can do all things needed that will be assign to by my client.
