Provide executive level administrative support to the Sr. Facilities Manager with direct reports with a demonstrative ability to improvise, improve procedures and meet demanding deadlines. Liaison between all impacted departments and sites offices to ensure a proper communications and reporting practices. Plan and coordinate the maintenance schedule, maintenance audit, maintenance reports to ensure that all progress will convey and satisfy the client. Direct business relation with the client to attend their concern, request to attain the satisfactory level. Manage and maintain the confidential correspondence & data, booking travels, maintenance transactions, in all sites and projects in Abu Dhabi Region. Ensured processes are in place to achieve departmental goals and requirements of input, quality standards and records retention program. Assuring the efficiency and accuracy in inputting recorded financial and related data. Respond inbound calls from the clients request, concerns and maintenance. Reviewed charge documents for accuracy as well as corrected errors, return documents to source or enter missing data. Processing and maintaining the account, customer source documents, data entry requirements and securing information for all maintenance schedule, request and correspondence. Answered customer questions and solved problems according to [company name] standardized procedures Recorded details of customer interactions such as inquiries, complaints, comments, or actions taken Referred unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation. Determined charges for services requested, collected payments, and arranged for billing Assisted customers with billing payments Applied credit/adjustments to accounts
