Greetings! My name is Carolina Martinez, and I’m a freelance beginner with experience as a bilingual customer service representative. I used to work for Teleperformance Dominicana, a telecommunication Company, Dominican Republic, and much of my job involved help the customers in any way and then leave a detailed report of everything that happened and how it was solved in both English and Spanish, also I do have experienced as a secretary and sales.
My last position was for a company that brings customer service for a chain of Chinese restaurants all over USA, I was from home and my duties were take customers’ orders, get addresses, take payments, etc..
