For the past 2 years, I have been working in a BPO industry as an email and phone support assisting customers from the largest e-Commerce company , Amazon. During those times, I have been trained to communicate well with my colleagues and my manager, provide excellent customer service and improve the quality of my service. My previous work included I would describe myself as someone who respect other people, may it be my manager and my colleagues. I often pay attention to details and provide an optimal solution to any customer complaints. I did not have any work experience when I was hired and I may be new to industry, but with preserverance, I have learned to work efficiently while enjoying my job at the same time. It was difficult when I started, handling multiple complaints at a time, but getting satisfied results and commendations from my customers motivated me to work harder.
