I am an expert in quality customer service - inbound and outbound phone support, live chat, and administrative assistant - data entry, email handling and order processing. I am also certain that my proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint would greatly contribute to increased productivity and excellent client relations on many levels. I hold a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and diploma in human resource management with over five years’ experience with customer service as well as administrative and clerical skills. I am looking to establish a full-time home-based career that will still enable me to portray my roles as a mother to my three children, and help out my husband with our finances at the same time.
