I have been a customer representative since 2015. I have extensive experience with customer service by answering calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails and responding to chats as well. I am a person who can handle pressure. I am self-reliant most of the time especially if I have encountered a specific situation before I most likely know what to do next time I handle the same one.
