I recently worked as a customer care agent in contact center handling telco account this was where I learned the virtue of good customer and client relationship. It taught me the importance of communication and understanding, that no matter how irate or how complicated the situation may be there will always be a solution and where both parties can agree and resolve the issue. As a Virtual Assistant I hold these values I learned, the importance of the clients time, resources and ,most of all trust. Aside from the qualities and talents that I have like marketing, product sourcing, sales, I believe what I can offer most is my dedication and respect to my client. I may be new in the online world, but I believe that there is nothing hard to someone who is willing to learn.
