I can handle a lot of things virtually. from scheduling meetings and manage day to day calendar, clerical work, answering or sending e-mails. I could provide various level of Customer Service, type documents and take notes from my employer and customer. could also serve as a point of contact to other team members. Since I have a background in HR, i could handle payroll,and very organized with documents as well. I could also do sales for I was in Citi Bank for awhile. I have great communication skills via phone, e-mails and chat. I know about Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
