I am a Customer service Representative for 8 years and 3 years as a Virtual assistant and my main job is to receive inbound and outbound calls from customers inquiring about their accounts, customers who wants to order a product etc. I also maintain financial accounts of the customers by processing their payments and payment arrangements negotiation. I usually recommends potential applicants to management by collecting applicant information. This is a multi tasking job because aside from answering calls I also manage to chat and send emails out.
