I have been working in the hotel industry as a Front Desk Officer where I have handled customer inquiries personally, through telephone or e-mail. I usually answer about 200 or more emails per day, always making sure every message has been read and responded to. I was able to master different office applications as well while presenting updates on my daily tasks. I helped lessen the back logs at work by doing the tasks in a timely manner with accuracy. I have developed high sense of attention to detail thus, leaving little or no work for my supervisors to check every shift. I also always make sure to give update every day about the tasks I have done and those that need follow ups.
