With a passion for problem solving I have been able to acquire and excel at a myriad of skills outside of my given position. My training is based in customer service and accounting but through experience have developed skills in Advertising, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, Event Planning and Event Organizing. To date one of my greatest professional accomplishments is being able to spearhead a partnership between Avon Jamaica and the Jamaica Cancer Society that benefited cancer survivors island wide. I've won awards and recognitions ranging from Staff of the Year in 2008 to Best Newcomer in 2013 as an Avon Independent Sales Representative. I've already laid the foundation for a business that I will grow in the next five years to maximize my passion for helping people.
