Hello! I am Karolis - I'm from Lithuania and just started developing a freelancing career for the past years. I am interested in Virtual Assistance, e-shop processes or other e-commerce similar projects and specialize in this field. During more than 3 years of my physical office job carrier, I developed good data gathering, entry and analysis skills. Even though my responsibilities also included communication with clients, strong problem solving skills in IT field, this obviously helped me to smoothen my communication skills, work well under pressure - It helped me to understand the tasks quickly, estimate the possible problems and do not fear to discuss it in order to deliver high quality results as soon as possible. I have also worked with some small projects in video editing. That helped me to develop my self-learned knowledge and skills in editing, creating video content. Working in an international environment as well as with Lithuanian projects also gave me chance to strengthen my translation skills to and from Lithuanian language.
