Hi, my name is Jerlinda Buhayan. I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Financial Management. While juggling with my studies, I worked as a Sales Chat Representative of one of prestigious BPO company here in Cebu for about 2 years and 8 months. I handle 4 chats at a time assisting them throughout the order process while providing product recommendation based on their needs and wants. After I graduated, I have stayed for another year in the company before I decided to venture another career which is related to my field of study. Currently, I am a marketing affiliate of Filinvest Land Inc. wherein I developed my skills in assisting clients with their real estate needs at the same time doing the after-sales service such as assisting with their bank loans and processing of documents. My keenness and curiosity in the property market showed me the way to change career path and pursue my dream of working in a real estate industry. My four-year study in Business Administration major in Financial Management has helped fuel this enthusiasm and has given me the necessary knowledge and understanding of the property market I am also very Wordpress as this is the tool we use when I was a campus writer way back college. I also experience working as a Customer Email Support of an e-commerce business wherein I gain a better understanding of how e-commerce business work; from fulfilling an order; assisting upset clients due to delayed packages; along with following up suppliers about orders. My ability to keep up with the dynamic trend of changes along with my solution focus mentality allowed me to become one of the most skillful professionals in this industry. Right now, what pushes me to look for another job is to gain additional income for my family and be able to sustain not just our needs but also our wants.
