I am a Subject Matter Expert as of the moment in a company that I am working for right now, and before I became a subject matter expert, I was a customer service representative in few different company, I handle sales, retail, financial institution. Voice and Non Voice account I attend those program remotely and on-site, and before I became customer service representative I became a data entry operator with 50 WPM and high accuracy I have worked their for a year and a month, I just get separated to that company in seeking for growth. In short I am able to adapt to any changes happening around, also I am a self motivated, a very good team player, can work under pressure with minimal supervision, I submit all my tasks ahead of time so deadline will not be missed.
