I worked in the customer service and data entry field for approximately three years. The work that I did includes assisting customers in person and also over the phone. I also performed data entry duties in the administrative office. I consider myself to be a very hardworking, focused, and determined individual within my field. I have experience handling emails, answering phone calls, and dealing with situations that involve order inquiries. I am also proficient with returns and refunds. These skills have enabled me to deal with any situation that might arise with customers. I know how to find a solution to whatever problem that might arise. With my previous jobs, I also gained some experience in the sales and marketing field. I am also very good at generating leads.
