Hi, good day. I am Artemio M. Mayol from Cebu, Philippines. I just quit my 32-year career in the private corporate world. With the wealth of knowledge and experience I had cultivated and nurtured during my corporate days, I am of the firm belief that I can be a potential asset to the growth and success of the person or Company hiring me. I can bring to the table extensive and useful insights on how to attain one’s goal.
I am adept in the office world, being my second home for the past thirty-two (32) years. I am at ease with the use of the English language, be it verbal or written. A writer at heart, I can write different kinds of correspondences effectively and convincingly – letters, memos, reports, contracts and the like. In fact, I was the official communication writer during my stay with my former Company. I had written the Company’s book/manual on: Manual on Occupational Safety and Health, Procedural Manual on the Management and Disposition of Hazardous Waste, and the Manual on Quality Controls in Tbeam Manufacturing.
Administratively, I am proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint Presentation. I can do research and can come up with a detailed report. I can also conduct trainings and seminars. Just recently, I finished my online course on: Graphic Design using Canva (I have a Pro account with Canva), Social Media Management, FB Ads, and Copywriting. I have accounts and are using my Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok, Instagram and the like. I also took short online courses conducted by Conecta+ in Virtual Assistant and Data Entry.
On the Operations side – Project Management – I am equally capable as I was exposed to the operations area as Manager for seven (7) years. I am familiar with PLOC (Planning, Leading, Organizing and Controlling). I am well-versed in scheduling, budgeting, fabrication, quality control, cost control and Safety.
Finally, I am a detailed-oriented person, organized, and has the knack of finishing projects in a timely and orderly fashion. I am honest, responsible, committed to work, God-fearing and I worked professionally.
