I was able to experience working in a call center for almost 5 years as costumer service support, technical support ,sales specialist, retention and collection support.I did experience working in a night shift schedule .In this experiences , I was able to assist customers with services like television, cell phones, internet ,and home phone.General inquiries, bills and payments , and technical issue .Those were the kind of assistance we usually provide to customers .And I will be able to give an assurance if ever given an opportunity ,I will always do my best to put a hard work to provide efficient output.
