I have worked in BPO industry for 6 years and the accounts I have handled are Walmart as customer service. Amazon as Seller Support Specialist and QuickBooks as technical support. I can be able to use all the knowledge and learning from my previous work. I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere where I’ll have opportunities to develop my skills and take on interesting projects. I am responsible and can be able to contribute some product strategy. I am a detail-oriented person and I consider my work as my responsibility and I am capable of managing large volumes without compromising service or quality. I do believe that with all the skills that I have, I may not be perfect but I can make things into perfection and confidently be the best I can be to be successful in this role.
