I worked with the BPO industry for six years. I dealt with different customer's concerns, from simple FAQs to complicated billing explanations. Our way of communication is through phone calls (outbound/ inbound), chats, and emails. Because of my work nature, I learned how to manage emails, use Microsoft office suites, and navigate different tools. I also have experience in troubleshooting computer and internet connection, which should significantly decrease technical issues while working at home. I am a determined person.
