Virtual Assistant/ Executive Assistant

I have been working as a general manager/executive assistant for the past 6 years. I am currently employed and working remotely and find that there is more I would like to do with my time in terms of the experience that I have. As a professional with significant experience and contributions in sales account, client relationship, financial, and project management, I am well positioned to contribute to the company’s success. I have been able to significantly wear many “hats” in the company and one is that of an Executive Assistant to the President and COO. Handling travel itineraries and being on call 24/7 was just one of the necessities required from me aside from handling the accounts payable, accounts receivable, employee management and handling, cascading and execution of directives from C-level executives to employees of the company, billing and invoicing, forecasting of sales, and hitting of sales quotas monthly were also one of my responsibilities. I excel in B2B customer acquisition and retention and I have a good sense of salesmanship. My communication skills allow me to build rapport and sustain meaningful relationships with a relevant network. I have decent knowledge in creative software essential in designing marketing campaigns/collaterals for the accounts and campaigns that I handle. I trust that all of these skills are vital in producing substantial commercial results especially in a B2B setting where marketing is often more complex. I am innovative, a team player and am highly organized at the same time. I understand what it takes to work with executives and employees and produce results at the same time.
