I have 2.5 years work experience after completing the Office Assistant course at Okanagan College in 2016 and have over 7 years of customer service throughout my jobs. Throughout the years of my experience in Customer Service I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers. I have a real passion for this type of work and for helping people as I am a very friendly and helpful in person and on the phone with a professional demeanor. I am very dedicated, reliable, determined and hardworking. I held both volunteer and paid positions utilizing programs such as; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook as well as records management and filing.
