Types of Real Estate Leads I've Experienced calling: Pre-fore closure FSB0's Expired listings Distressed properties Vacant properties Probate Properties Job Responsibilities: - Determining hot buyers and sellers. - Updating Podio. - Manage calls, emails, and text messages. - Manage incoming calls, texts, and emails. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. - Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quota. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. - Research the market to identify selling possibilities and finding out customer needs. - Seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and social media. - Set up meetings with clients and listen to their concerns and wishes. - Participate on behalf of the firm in exhibitions or conferences. - Coordinate with team to achieve better results.
