I am a customer support expert with over 5 years of experience in customer support and team management roles in several multinational companies. Over the past few years, I have led and worked on several projects and teams, which has resulted in significant success and timely completion.
I am passionate about Customer Service! For me, it's about giving the client what he wants, in a timely manner, to achieve a happy outcome for both parties. I am educated at the university level, and since I left education, I have gained more than 5 years of experience in the customer service sector. I specialize in complaint handling and I have worked for several of the largest online sales companies in France, USA, Sweden, resolving complaints, small and large, through e-mail, live chat and telephone. Furthermore, I am a native French speaker and, I am also fluent in English. Not only does this mean that I can communicate with clients abroad, but I am also an excellent translator!
