Virtual Assistant/Graphic Designer

Being an End User Support for a virtual data room provider, I take calls from the end users and exchange administrators. We also have a scheduled time to take up to two chat sessions at a time to support online users who are not available to make a call. We also answer emails on a very timely manner. In most cases, we do follow ups with clients who may need further assistance in accessing the website while expected to take in calls. Multi-tasking is something that I got very good at. Although there are no designated number of calls or chats or emails to be processed everyday, the amount of workload depends on the number of inquiries and requests from time to time. We handle concerns from how to set up a data room, down to how to close them. There are also very minimal billing and sales support. Most concerns are about viewing documents, thus, I am familiar with troubleshooting PDF and Microsoft Office documents viewed online from a website. We also attend to Adobe Flash Player installation and Information Rights Management (IRM) configuration. We also interpret reports the clients. On a very regular basis, versions of such software gets updated, and I need to be familiar with its new functionalities. I make sure that I read through feedback of the software so that I know how to deliver it to clients. I do callbacks for clients who need tutorials in setting up their data room, acting as a Client Services Manager. Although there are designated Account Executives for each data room, in some instances that a client requests for a one-on-one over the phone tutorial, I prefer doing it for them instead of passing the work along to someone else. Aside from supporting clients, I also generate daily reports for the company. This includes extracting reports from agent dashboards, and delivering them to the management.
