I have worked as a contractor with major corporations to brand new start ups. Full time remote work for the past 2 years after taking a contract full time in an office for a year. I adapt well to jumping in on a team, whether that be a group from a specific department or simply the business owner who has no employees. I have built out two brand new departments in the last three years for companies: and HR department for a construction company and a processing department for a mortgage lender to support the sales team.
