As a Virtual Assistant Social Media Manager, I manage the social media networking and marketing on behalf of individuals and potential organizations in the near future. I am the front line of customer service for these entities and can pick up communications from existing or potential customers in real time and feed them to the appropriate person, people and/or organizations. My strategy is to always be on the look out for any potentially damaging or incorrect information that is being posted by others and do my best to turn something that could be negative into a positive by hunting the good stuff.
