I am working as a freelancer on various platforms. I handle different kind of jobs such as data management, web design, graphic design, lead generation, content moderation. I am currently working in various projects for Data Management and Lead Generation. I am working in a Malaysian outsourcing platform for business that manage different kinds of projects. Data management is the creation and maintenance of a database for the purpose of performance, optimization, efficiency and security. Our job includes Data Entry, Data Scraping, Data Enrichment, Data Transcribing, and Data Verification. We are validating data and cleaning up client's data base. I am also working on other types of project in Lead Generation. It is the action or process of identifying and cultivating potential customers for a business's products or services. This could include going through multiple online sources to find extensive information about leads. This job includes Company Sourcing; wherein we are creating a database of companies that fulfills our client's’ criteria and PIC Sourcing an expertise in creating a database of People in Charge (PICs) that fulfills our client's criteria for them to be used as leads. I also work on other types of projects in Content Moderation. It is the process of approving content that has been uploaded to the platform or front-facing website. This job includes Content uploading, Image Moderation, Content verification, Abuse Moderation and Online User Testing. We are helping customers upload content onto their online system. This is mostly done for e-commerce websites, and can include looking for product descriptions and pictures. Performing the task of processing, approving or rejecting images based on clients requirements. Validating content provided in order to ensure accuracy and remove inconsistencies. Approval of communication or content on the website and testing the clients service/application and provide feedback if necessary. I am an expert also when it comes to autocad 3d and 2d design as it was my first job related to my course during college.
