Hi, Good health with you always during this pandemic. This letter comes with the intent to apply as a Virtual Assistant on your good company or your successful business. I am 31 years old. I was Born and raised in Mindanao, Philippines. I am residing here in Manila City. I have always wanted to work at home. I have been in a call center industry for more than 6 years. I've been handling inbound and outbound call, email support and customer feedback section in Financial account or Banking Industry. I can say that I've experienced being on Top 3 performer in the said account. I've always passed all my performances and attendance and even received incentives and commendations for providing an excellent service. I also manage to work in inbound sales in Telco account US based though it's more challenging as we received calls and do some lead gen, fix some basic technical issues at the same time and billing concerns (most of them are irate customers hehehe )and luckily I can manage to do so. It thought me to be more patience and positive in every calls and enhance more my multi tasking skills. This time, I want to use the skills and knowledge I've learned in my former job at the comfort of my home to keep me safe and my family.
