I am analytical and detail oriented. I can type 90-115 wpm. I've worked for 2 known companies worldwide, which are Microsoft and Google, both as Technical Support Representative. I've attained the Tier 2 position in Google under the Devices team, which handles the management of Chromebooks under the Chrome OS from setting up of the device/s and anything about it. When I was under Microsoft, I've handled Microsoft Xbox, billing, games and apps, hardware and connectivity, as well as Microsoft Windows from Windows 7 up until Windows 10. I was and still capable of handling anything on both OS as these are skills that had been developed over time. I do have an insatiable hunger on learning, as well as good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills. I value time as much as anyone would, treating every task given as vital.
