In my past career, I have worked for doctors, lawyers, and other professionals taking care of various administrative tasks. My typing speed exceeds 70 WPM with little to no errors. I am fully knowledgeable in Microsoft Office as well as several other programs. I have done medical billing/coding as well as transcription. I have done legal transcription and various other things in the legal field. I have handled a multi-line phone system and have found to be proficient in almost every aspect of running an office.
