I worked as a Virtual assistant and Social Media Manager in a dental company based in Dubai, UAE. My tasks included respond to inquiries in email and social media. I was also in-charge of updating ad listings on Facebook. I made outbound calls to introduce and offer the company’s services. I maintained office records including office expenses and inventory and handled basic bookkeeping. In my free time I managed to work as a freelance graphic designer. I worked with a wide range of media and used graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects. I developed new design concepts, graphics and layouts for logos, flyers, posters and banners.
