Hi! My name is Raquel Zavala! Im 24 years old, I study human resources in college. 

I have more than 5 years on customer service experience, i worked for big companies such as Airbnb, Zillow or Tmobile, which in all of the three companies, customer services was 1 priority. Im proud to say that I was a top performer agent for more than one year before being a team lead. I have 7 months as a team leader, in which I have more than 80 agents to help, I organized them their schedules, coachings, meetings, breaks and lunch. I answer at least 50 emails a day about permissions or client requests. My strengths are patience, like to help people, resilient and Im good working by my own or in group.
