I hired her immediately and that was that. 1 day later she had not only found a list of people who could run an ad for me on Russian social media sites, she had found someone for me for the job I was advertising for. I didn't even need the ad! Could I have figured out all of on my own? Sure, but having a virtual assistant is so much easier. Just turn her loose on your project and consider it done. I would definately work with her again.
