At the moment, I hold a HR/Office Manager Position at Golazo Right Here Ltd, a global advertising agency that specializes in I have held this position since 2012 and it’s a position I’ve grown into over the past 13 years. I’ve made my way up the ranks, working at ad agencies including WPP Scangroup, TBWA, and RHK. My job responsibilities have included customer service, office management, drawing up contracts, working with confidential files, secretarial duties, switchboard tasks, and maintaining senior staff diaries. In my capacity as Personnel Manager / HRM, I was in charge of maintaining staff files, managing the leave schedule, processing visa applications, handling disciplinary issues, and managing the medical scheme for all staff. My educational background includes a BBM (Bachelor of Business Management) from MKU (Mount Kenya University) and a Diploma in Human Resource Management from Kenya Institute of Management (K.I.M). I am currently pursuing my IMIS diploma and have just one re-sit left before graduation. Throughout my career, I have worked with local teams and expatriates in both urban and peri-urban set-ups. That makes me a good fit for your organization’s multi-cultural mix. Thanks to my time in a company filled with creative types, models, performers, and media personalities, I’m skilled at wrangling complex personalities. I’ve also become quite good at balancing artistic flair and expression with the practical aspects of business – professionalism and profitability. My studies and work experience have enriched my interpersonal skills, exposed me to deep research practice, and trained me to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
