My experience as a virtual assistant and my knowledge of tool kits,like, Google docs and spreadsheet, Microsoft office tools(Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint), and my typing speed of about 50 words per minute, are very useful technical skills that are needed for the job. Also my experience in handling mails, calls, sorting calendar, making schedules and communicating effectively is also a plus. I am organised, diligent and very resourceful.
