I started my online journey this year when the Department of Information Communications Technology (DICT) opened a 6-week intensive technical training under DigitalJobs PH Technical Training Program. In the said training, I am learning how to create Social Media content, Scheduling, Social Media Advertising, Social Media Community Creation and Development, Graphic Design and Chatbot development. The reason why I joined the course is because I am aiming to become a Social Media Manager and a Virtual Assistant which I believe will be very beneficial to your company. Before I ventured to the online industry, I started working as a Human Resource Personnel for an Outsourcing company in Clark, Pampanga right after I graduated from college. As an HR Personnel, I strengthen employee-employer relations by identifying workplace issues, measuring employee satisfaction and morale and by providing support and input to the company’s management system efficiently. On top of that, I support two clients where I source and hire quality employees for the company. I also recently worked as a Recruitment Specialist for a Business Process Outsourcing company in Baguio City where I proactively communicated and built relationships with stakeholders such as Amazon, GreenDot Corporation, Capital One, Instacart and MyNetFone with detailed communication to fill in their hiring requirements. I deliver 100% on-time fill rate for all classes because I value sense of urgency and converts leads to hires. In addition to that, I tracks applicant progress by maintaining their database in Success Factors. My high regard for being organized with administrative tasks, deadlines and schedules helped in contributing to the company’s revenue by minimizing rework once the agents are transitioned to the Operations team. I am dedicated in giving a precise and methodical service. Being an HR Personnel and an Account lead, I can say that I can handle things with less supervision and can manage my time well. I am dependable and can communicate well with my clients, applicants and team. I am looking forward to provide the same performance to my future clients as a Social Media Manager or a Virtual Assistant.
