I had a great opportunity working for a brokerage that also happens to have a Gifting business doing executive and marketing work for almost three years. In addition, I also had the chance to work with a BPO as a Customer Service Representative.
As an executive assistant, I had the experience of
-answering inquiries of the potential buyer of the estate through phone and email,
-appointment setting,
-lead verification and lead generating for the Gifting Business and the brokerage.
And as for Marketing work, I had the chance to
-Create and Design for Just-Listed, In-Contract, Just-Sold fliers. for the social media pages of the brokerage using Canva, and Photoshop
-Manage the website for the Gifting Business, updating the product and its cost
-Manages the Social Media Pages for both Brokerage and the Gifting Business.
For the BPO industry, I handled both inbound and outbound calls for a cloud-based provider of integrated digital human capital and business solutions.
