I am really good in Customer Service and Sales, Human Resource Management, and administrative functions like managing phone calls and emails, data entry on multiple computer programs, scheduling and setting up appointments, and preparation of various reports. I am also exposed to creating training designs for learning and development as well as recruitment. I am also into arts and designs like creating logos and graphics.

I have also ventured into translation and localization projects, and chat and email support in an e-commerce dropshipping business.

To get things done, I am familiar with tools such as Zendesk, Hubspot, Freshdesk, Gmail, and Microsoft Teams. I also learned to use Reamaze for chats and ship stations that manage parcel and shipping needs. I am comfortable communicating using Skype, Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack.

I am motivated, focused, and hardworking to get work done. I am a people person who is passionate about learning new skills and dealing with challenges that honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding customers.  I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service in providing the best possible experience for various customers. I am a good team player and have a pleasing personality that radiates to my fellow colleagues.
