Able to perform the following tasks; Appointment confirmation Contacting customers and/or clients Establishing contact/distribution lists Maintaining executive’s appointment schedule and calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and making travel arrangements Answering emails, answering phones and organizing paperwork Producing information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics Performing Data entry and running reports using database management software
