  • Create invoices through XERO and QuickBooks Online
  • Knows how to operate MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
  • Efficient in using Google Slides, Sheets

 

Moreover, I am familiar with the following tools/Apps/Softwares: Canva, Microsoft Processor

Besides being a virtual assistant, I am artistic and creative. I know and am experienced also to make creative graphics and photo editing at your request.

I am a continuous learner; As a matter of fact, I just graduated from seven-week of Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology.. During the training, I learned basic Facebook advertising and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.

I am competent in following instructions and value confidentiality.

I am observant of the client's needs and willing to undergo training if needed and take deadlines seriously.
