I am previously working as an administrative / procurement assistant doing the following tasks:
- processing purchase requests
- scheduling and organizing committee meetings and conferences
- preparing the following documents: agenda, minutes of the meetings, request for quotations, resolutions, a notice of awards
- handling emails, project procurement management plan, annual procurement plan, procurement management report
- act as the central channel of communication among the committee, implementing units, and suppliers/contractors on the bidding process and other related administrative / procurement requirements
I am a team player, fast learner, organized, computer literate, and fast typist. I am eager to learn new things. I am fluent in Filipino and can communicate well in the English language.
