I've worked with telecommunication companies and health-care organizations in the US for a total of 6 years, I know how to deal with different types of persona and I can easily grasp new concepts. My experience with AT&T (U-Verse and DirecTV) as a technical support and with T-mobile as a customer expert is my biggest advantage. I can act as a connection, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Business-to-business is also something that is not new to me since I also have experience with Health-care accounts as Business Associate (Chart Retrieval) where we call doctor's offices to retrieve patient's medical records to make sure medical records from health care providers, such as a physician's office or hospital are updated, then perform data entry services to place the relevant information in a secure database. I am patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. I understand the value of good communication skills, have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and lastly, I'm super goal oriented.
