I've been in the BPO industry for 9months and counting. I started my very first BPO job at Sutherland Global Services as Billing and Sales Agent for AT&T. I worked there for 6 months and landed my 2nd BPO job on a small and growing home-office as a virtual assistant for an online clothing boutique which lasted for 3 months due to lack of budget. From then, i've decided to become a freelancer to offer my services to clients who will give me opportunity to work for them. I can also do data entry, email and phone support, outbound and inbound calls.
