I've worked for a BPO company for two years and handled Capital One as a Customer Service Representative. We basically discuss interest rates, credit limits etc to our customers. He also do a little upselling on the side. I also worked as an ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher for Korean and Chinese students offline and online for about 2 years. I have basic knowledge in MS Word, Powerpoint and also with Google Drive. Familiar with Join.me and Dropbox. I currently work as a lead researcher for a business-consulting firm in the US. We use LinkedIn to find leads and we've been using it for 5months now. I currently do cold calls as well to potential clients and keep a record of it through an Excel file.
